Nazia Rashid

Nazia qualified in 1998. She trained at and spent the following 7 years at Edwards Duthie Solicitors, a large legal aid firm in the East End of London / Essex. Nazia is now a partner at Docklands Solicitors LLP based in Canary Wharf, having formed this firm with her co-partners in 2005, undertaking both private and public funded family law work. She has a keen interest in divorce and financial settlement cases and in particular those that have a foreign element. Nazia enjoys resolving complex financial cases. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in financial matters and domestic abuse.

Nazia has helped Women's Refuges, provided lectures on domestic violence and children's law. Nazia has presented lectures to other members of the profession including on behalf of the Law Society.
