Amjad Malik QC

Amjad Malik QC is one of the country's foremost specialist leading Counsel in all areas of crime and regulatory/disciplinary work. He has an in-depth knowledge of terrorism offences and legislation. He has been involved in the development of "hate speech crime" (the incitement of hatred because of race/religion/sexual orientation) case law. As a result of these expertises he was invited as a keynote speaker by the Association, in their 2010-11 countrywide mosques legal road-shows.

On the 31st March 2011 he was elected as the President of the Association of the Muslim Lawyers.
